We are checking on HVM13 as 3 VPS on it are hung on stopping status and seems there is possible issue in the raid array.
We are moving onsite to check this further now.
There are only two VPS affected by this, the 3rd was not.
However it is caused by a RAID failure, and we are making all efforts to restore any data possible now.
