I sometimes freelance Web work out. When I try to build a local team, they usually don’t work out. Which I don’t get because when I talk to the people I hire they say they can’t find work and want to work,then they either don’t show back up or flake off. 8) I hired one guy amazing talent in Media, impressed me with WOW, working at a fast food restaurant, who knows what happen to him. Just don’t get it..

It is hard to find someone willing to put in a strong day of work for good pay these days.

Speaking of that I am going to sleep, the past 8 days I have had about as many hours of sleep as you can count on your hands.
