I Don’t know 8) , Just seemed this situation was not being taking serioulsy if you see the other thread. So open this one again, I was upset.
They are handeling the situation excellent now. Tanmaya and a couple other people.
Tanmaya was off last shift, I do NOT handle unix matters, just of note, I rarely ever login to a unix server, and typically don’t reply unless I have something to add to the thread.

There have been no time outs in the last 24 hours, and both Deepak and Tanmaya are monitoring Web3 closely
Yes, I see this, I have seen no timeouts either. I am online usually 18 hours a day working, so I usually know when it happens along with the error reports I get from uptime site.
