IIS6 Compression

Does JodoHost use IIS6 HTTP Compression? If not, can I recommend that you turn this on. It would be of great benefit to everyone using DotNetNuke. It has been highly recommended to do so from the DotNetNuke Threads at ASP.NET. The following link is what is quoted in those forums:

This adds a large CPU overhead, and also causes problems for people that have frequently updated sites.

Yes it causes as many issues as it solves it seems. I’d rather it be off.

Given that the all of sites I code (and hence, host) are custom, not dotnetnuke and many are updated by the minute, I’d request that this feature NOT be used as well…

Yes, this is a issue that is quite controversial, as it causes a major “caching” effect that can cause problems for forum software, and other sites.
