Important - Copy of notice sent to resellers on cluster1

Dear Reseller Customer,

We have nearly completed the entire of our datacenter migration, and now have only a couple of servers to go on windows and linux sides. We had planned to move them this week but are faced with some bad weather/hurricane coming into the eastern Florida coast on the weekend, and this will cause an acceration of planned timeframes. We have copied content of the servers to the new servers already, and will begin to process the migration on an as soon as possible basis. We expect to have all servers migrated within the next 24 hours.

We’d also like to give you a quick reference for one of the most common issues and its resolution, that being hard coded IP addresses for SQL servers. It is recommended to use name based addresses when possible, as they will automatically change with DNS, however we understand that IP removed dns lookup, and various other reasons for using IP based:

If your sites are using any of these old IPs they need to be updated at the earliest possible time, or they will be ‘down’ for you going forward. Also note that IP addresses of DNS name servers have changed, we have mailed about this multiple times in June including a final notice, but if you have not updated your nameserver IPs, you must do so, or all your services will be down.

Nameserver updates if required:

ns. - 173.0.137.4 - Note that some may have this as ns1. as well.
ns2. - 173.0.138.4
ns3. - 173.0.137.5
ns4. - 173.0.138.5

These migrations have at times been hard, but at this point nearing completion we look forward to being able to provide you with a growing selection of products, increased attention to current and future markets and growth sectors, and to always work on improving our technical support operations. Ahead we will revamp the helpdesk to a more current version (current cannot be upgraded due to special version that was discontinued), resolving issues a number of you have noted over the years with the ticketdesk, and improved anonymous support systems.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we make these upgrades through this migration and we look forward to working with you long into the future.
