OK this is the situation, Live chat is telling me notuhing is wrong, and open a ticket, I tell you what I don;t get a answer either in forum or something, taken care of this is been going on since 930am this morning… Can someone pleasse check there sites on web3 so they believe me sheeshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I am so PISSEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

What is going on. I am on phone now with support. I spoke with Deepak this morning at 930am and all day off and on this server has been acting up. It is either down or very very slow. Live chat keeps telling me to wait, wait and nothing is wrong and open a ticket.
The issue was fixed for your site. We are investigating what caused this issue
it’s still down and when it comes up its extremly slow to load sites. All other servrs load fine i checked other web and win servers, its not a routing issue.
I have been getting some good hits finally, and been working my butt off posting on review sites, forums etc. this makes me look so bad…
You know guys, I never cause any problems and always post in the customer only fourm. But this has been going on all day and have gotten no answers or help from support or live chat. I even called on the phone.
THis is just very unusal sitation not to be resovled since 930am..

no thats not mysite, right now everything is loading fine yes, and quick. That’s what I have been telling everyone, it comes up and is great and then the server will either go down or gets extremly slow.
We are monitoring it closely now…
There are a spike in load earlier which forced us to reset httpd. But since then things have been normal..
Someone had 5 cronjobs to be invoked every minute. Now they werent existing within this time and thus using up all available connections. I have applied a fix for now and working on it more.

Sorry for the problems. I will be doing a few changes to prevent crons from killing the service.
Please tell live chat and support, when a client says theres a problem to trust them. Again this as been going on since 930am, not sure how many hits I missed on my website.
Very frustrating to not get a problem resolved, espically when tyring to build my hosting business and down all day off and on.
The techs are not available at the moment, but i will surely talk to them about the issue.
