If you check we didn’t have 3gb of usage let alone the 9 “free” gb we had. Please correct your records so payment can be made. Thank you.
Most users are not even using 1 GB. However the invoice is raised for for extra traffic. This is due to system error.
We are manually correcting this by reversing these charges.
