The India office is unable to get out from either ISP, and techs tried from home with the same result, it seems there is a major issue in the routing in California causing this, we are checking it and keeping a close watch, but live chat may be unavailable.
There has been a major fire in a Seattle datacenter, and it looks to be causing some routing issues over a few ISPs from asia.
Authorize.net is also down in this, as they were housed in that datacenter.
It is much better now but we are still keeping an eye on it.
