Information in forums

I couldn’t read something about some last issues in the forums, at least in real time.

For example, now CP is not available and there is nothing about it in the forum

There is some discussion on the CP issue in Customer Only Discussion. That is the appropriate place in my opinion

I suggest to refresh the issues information (cp or any issue) , because of this I wrote here.

The CP has been a bit slow in the last week. We apologise for this issue. We are working on a number of solutions to bring it back to full speed

We have just found an account the crons are hanging on making it take so long. For some reason psoft had not identified this and we just found it on our own. We will be investigating why one account is taking over 6 hours to process and working to resolve it fully.

Hi Sthepen,
is it related to my ticket ZGY-88849-320? Remember I talked about a cron script in this issue

No, it is not related, it is hanging on one account. However I have been using the CP the last 10 minutes now, and while not super speedy it is very usable taking less than 2-3 seconds for pages to load.

When we say “cron” this issue is not the same all the time, there are a large number of crons that run with hsphere for many purposes. Just a few I can think of right off are: traffic figures, bandiwdth figures, mail traffic, overlimit(this analyzes the traffic/bandwidth to find if over any set limits), suspend debtors, credit card batch processing. Thats just what I can think of quickly, there are even more than this and they are all essential crons, but agian should not hang so long on one account.

Stephen ,
why don’t you open a thread about CP issue in Network Outages and Updates Section?
We don’t know the state of this issue. I couldn’t do anything today from CP. Even now, cp is not responding.

Yes , it is related, very relate. Now my CP is faster, faster, faster !!!.. I recover the information about my 150 mailboxes in less than 1 second !!! . Until now CP take 2,3 minutes in recover the same information and sometimes I got a timeout.

I think, it is very, very related to the execution of some cron jobs . You can investigate it , please. Psoft coudn’t say to me some response to this situation, although I said that the problem was in a cron job.

What I am saying is on cron is not the other, it is not always the same.

I know , Sthephen . I want to say that my issue with 150 mailboxes is very, very related with some cron job , that is taken a lot of CPU , and IS NOT RELATED to the mailboxes number, like Psoft people said.

The probe of this is that CP only can work fine with 150 mailboxes when you are stopped some cron job.

If the problem was the number of mailboxes, the number is always the same, today and yersterday.
