Installing AWStats

Hi everyone,

I juts installed AWStats through the control panel on a site and when I look at http://xxx.com/cgi-bin/awstats.pl I get the following error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache/1.3.36 Server at xxx.com Port 80

Any ideas?

Kindly open a ticket with domain name in which you are getting problem. We will fix it and update you.

Opened a ticket this morning (#385750). No reply as yet.

You created ticket in wrong place (Hsphere) but i was able to track your ticket. :slight_smile: I’ll fix it and send you an email with URL to open tickets.

Out of interest, what happens to HSphere tickets? Do they disappear into the ether?

And for anyone else having this problem, the answer was to disable RlimitMem for the plan. I’d never have found this in a month of Sundays.

If you are a reseller and creating ticket from within your user accounts, they are actually meant for you and you can see them in Ticket administration(Support Center → Ticket Administration) in admin panel.

Just a note, basically you sent the ticket to your own reseller help desk. I believe Deepak assisted you to get to our helpdesk :slight_smile:
