Intermittent down time on Win24

Is anyone else experiencing intermittent downtime on Win24 lately? I use Web-Stat for site statistics. It checks the site every 15 minutes, and if the site is down it sends me an automated notification. If I am able to check the site when I receive the notifications, the site IS down. The downtime duration lasts from minutes to close to an hour. I submitted a ticket to JodoHost regarding this issue, but normally by the time the techies check, the site is back up. I don’t fault JodoHost for this, I’m sure the tech folks are busy enough without chasing an intermittent ghost problem on one domain. I just want to find out what the issue is. If it is a web site issue, I want to fix it. If it is any other problem, I would appreciate it getting corrected.

I also want to note this is by no means a dig on JodoHost.

Did you opened any ticket ? If yes, please send me ticket number.

I found your ticket. I made some changes for your domain and reset IIS (Last website down was due to it). Please check it now and let me know if you still have issue.

Sorry for the delay in answering. Thank you for doing this, I know it is difficult to troubleshoot an intermittent problem. I will keep an eye on the web site and reply back if there are any problems.
