IP migration question

I’m trying to find out if and how the IP migration will affect me or my customers. I’m thinking that the only issues might involve web sites with static IPs. Right? If one of them were to move, would I need to get a new SSL cert or something? I’m not sure that the migration will affect me in any way.

My reseller panel says I have three static IPs in use. I can locate only one customer site with a static IP. I can’t find any search or report function that lets me search through accounts by IP. How can I find out what those other two IPs are being used for?

Did you get the mass mailing? It specified the 254 IPs affected out of over 6000, really the chances are slim but possible that you have one.

No SSL will not have to be reissued, but will have to be setup on the new IP probably by us manually.

Yes, I did get the mailing. The one customer static IP is not in that range. But my reseller CP says I have two more static IPs in use. I don’t know what those static IPs are used for, so I can’t check them.

They are used by some customer :slight_smile: you may be able to use reporting to find which one.
One important item to check is nameserver IPs there were some custom nameservers setup on these IPs.

I was hoping you could tell me how I could use reporting to find them. I went through one by one and located the two sites. They won’t be affected.

Turns out it doesn’t look like there is an easy way to find those that have dedicated IPs…
