Is JodoHost a reseller or do you own your own servers?
I think I understand that some people are in USA and some are in India, and the servers are in FL, USA. I might be wrong I just remember reading it some place.
Does your tech support actully work in the data center with the servers, or does another company own the servers?
Just wondering.
We certainely do own every equipment of our ours including servers, switches,etc and even have our own core gigabit L3 switch to handle our backbone. Servers are indeed in the NAP, Miami, Florida.
We have a tech team located both in the US and India. And we have hands available for local support in Datacenter as well.

we have over 1200 resellers that depend on our cluster 
I am in Miami regularly for more in depth work as well
We have a whole stash of spare servers that we also own, for emergency situations. When you own the servers that is a contingency you have to make over renting or leasing from someone else.
