Check your e-mail for confirmation mails for your ticket submission. It’s more reliable than the Ticket History (for some).

Ta’, but Same thing.
What funny is that i can see now the second ticket i post and the first one like disappear …

Please re-submit the first ticket if it hasn’t appeared.
