Is the signup page down?

Evertime I try to access your signup page it gives me a 404 error? X(

Thanks, I just realized that the page is referncing port 8080
and that port is probably being blocked here, I will try later from home.

Also I was wondering if I could get some info on High usuage accounts and what you guys consider high usage?
