I have noticed that CDONTS is working intermitently on Win10. I have an application that has a Inner Messages system and all the messages exchenged inside are sent in copy by email. It’s not a problem that there are wrong email address or something similar, the email addresses are checked and confirmed, but about 20% of the messages are not sent.
