Alright, I just reposted a ticket, 54547, through my reseller account.
I brain-farted the first time and sent a ticket to myself! Damn that’s aggravating!
It has been resolved.
PSoft renamed a DLL back to original, that I had renamed so it would no longer function, this was about 24-48 hours back.
That DLL file controlled the neo-query DSN file, which was corrupting when people tried to edit the file when that DLL was in place. Psoft was very mad at me for renaming it, but I am renaming it again now because we need the CF to be up, not corrupt.
The good thing is we have been making regular backups of the file (as in multiple times a day).
You just posted a ticket, is it not working?
Also, please please PLEASE send URLs in tickets, we can’t check and tell what is going on without a URL. This is critical for speed in ticket replies.

great news, I knew I checked 5 other CF sites and they all worked. I was hoping all of them were working.
