why are there so many ISP blocked from our sites now after the dos attack ?
i have MANY complaints that they can not get to websites

About to get a reply in ticket, but this error is nothing to do with DDOS, and everything to do with the fact that you do not have your DNS servers updated.
We sent 3 mails about this and extended the redirection period multiple times, but these DNS server IP pointers you have are incorrect and making all the problems.
OK great but Never got any email on this, i get all my other emails but never got that one or some other updates everyone says they sent, don’t want to argue but it is funny how no problems until after yesterday.
And this is usually the same reply i get when there are some issues like the HORDE email, the MYSQL upgrade etc..
I never get the emails.
Check the contact info on your reseller account, it may be wrong. We sent them and even posted on forums minus the new IP addresses which were included in the email.
