Today domains in my reseller account stopped working with a www header in the url. www.mumshomebiz.com is not resolving, but http://mumshomebiz.com is. Similar deal with www.scaustralia.com . http://scaustralia.com is fine . Both were working fine previously and on checking the a records, there are 2 entries , one dealing without the www. header and one with a wildcard. header. eg *.
Subsequently both these sites, which service a number of independant operators, are failing. Most clients advertise their systems with a www to make obvious that it is a URL. Most clients are again going nuts after the problems of the last couple of weeks.
Has there been some further upgrade that has caused this?
