I am a bit puzzled with the latest problem I have encountered installing DotNetNuke 4.5
While the previous versions have never given me this type of trouble, now I am getting this error:
Validation of viewstate MAC failed. If this application is hosted by a Web Farm or cluster, ensure that configuration specifies the same validationKey and validation algorithm. AutoGenerate cannot be used in a cluster.
I know that installation of applications and debugging is my responsibility, but I am not sure if the machine I am running this on is part of cluster or server farm, I don;t think it was… The domain is on server 64.187.100.114
Anyone can shed some light on this…? Thanks!
