jodo mail server blacklisted

HI

I have customer complaining that when users of bellnet.ca email jodo servers a bounce back that we are blacklisted arrives.

I did a look up and found this so far:

TQM-SPAMTRAP LISTED (127.0.0.3) TXT= "Escalated Listing: DNSBL Removal Request

I am not sure if this is the bellnet.ca problem or not. But I could really use some assistance with this.

TQM has over 4000 IPs listed, not due to us so far as we can tell, but they are not even unlisting our range

Sending mail trough Horde (Mail :: Welcome to Horde[…] is also blacklisted by PSBL:

This was a cleint that signed up under a reseller and sent such spam, we have suspended that account already.

will work with them to get that off the list, these stupid scammers.
