I was browsing the jodohost web site just now, and something weird was happening… I kept pressing my browser BACK button to go to the previous page, and nothing was happening! The same page stayed there, no matter how many times I pressed the back button.
Then I realised the page was constantly refreshing itself, creating a huge list of history items of the same page in my browser! See attached image.

I found the culprit is your visitcentric.net plug-in script. You’ll have to decide if having chat updates on your pages is worth messing up your visitors’ browsing experience. 
In Firefox, I have AdBlock Pro installed - I gave visitcentric.net the flick and yay I could browse the site like a normal human being again. At least tell them to use the javascript function window.location.replace(url) instead because it doesn’t affect browser history.
