Jodohost changes in last two months .. for bad.

Well, i am a jodohost reseller last two years and generally all ok. But the last two months i receive more slow reports of my customers here. Myself have a php script getting the 30 sec limit errors, but in cpanel in other place, and helm in other place, have not error at al with exactly the same data.

As you know, we as Customers of jodohost have outgages this month ofr the massive DDOS ( day 15 ? ), but i am beginning to scare because the changes are not much friendly for us.

As example, i note some minutes ago my domain lobogris.net , used as the min for the control panel address, was unreachable.

http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?%26domain%3Dlobogris.net

Then, i note my email for some account in optizoom.net, cant be reached and i have a important email in IMAP. Cant enter.

Then , i go to live chat and recieve the ticket matter.

Dont Bother guy, i understand.

But without that domain, i cant enter to update some sitestudio sites i think alter this night.

Maybe is a control panel update, but i not read the email about that… and is in the IMAP i cant access.

In my humble opinion, the connectivity, and time responses of the network are in declive; the tramitology is raising, and the spam look rampant.

The issues are rising more frequently than the last two years. Very more frequently

Edit:

I have many domains not resolving, not only mt main here. The strange thing is dns report say SOA problem AND A in ns3.lobogris.net , and in the fixed ips i can enter, but not in the domain name.

One customer site is down. Strange.

Every host has problems.

The measure of a host is made not by measuring the number of problems, but the nature of their reaction.

Licantropo,

We have recently gotten the benebit of an InterNAP FCP device, which should really help a lot on term of routing the truely fastest way. In addition the cp pages not loaded was very brief, I was online at the time and Deepak got it resolved very quickly(within 2 min).

I have not seen and report of php 30 sec timeouts, but if you are getting them there would certainly be a reason for ti happening and needs to be found, so if you can ticket it our staff will gladly check

The domains are all now ok.

I am sure your know your business a as a host.

Well, i try to express my point:

Need a extra verification the domains have problems. The dnsstuff site, say has problems, not only me.

You have very much adventages, but ,

Take the thread as a comment with good faith.

Dnsstuf.com have the problem, me have the problem, nd me using megaproxy have the problem.

Maybe i install a round robbin system.

If you are experiencing slower responses in the last 2 months, it is not a network wide issue because nothing has changed to make things slower, but faster.

If any server does respond slow, we usually very quickly react to it. We had alot of complaints of poor CP performance, we comprehensively dealt with that as well. I really can’t see reason into why your experience with us has degraded. I encourage you to continue to open tickets on your issues, and we’ll continue to solve your issues on a case by case basis.

How ironic

Yea I know it, soon after I post it crashed the router :frowning:

Cisco said the last time ti happened the router crash was RAM, so they purchased 1GB of RAM directly from cisco(for an arm, leg, and a few fingers in cost), I was personally there and assisted a bit in changing that RAM. Now we can be sure it was not RAM at fault, likely an IOS bug. They did tell me the changed to a new IOS on that restart that was forced(new IOS was loaded on flash for next reboot), and it may help but they disabled FCP just to be sure.
