all is up, I am not sure what is going on, but we need a traceroute to get anything. I tihnk there may be some routing issue outside out network at this time each night, but no one has given usable info for us to send a upstream ticket 
all traffic levels are perfectly normal as well, so it is a very minor number of people having any problem
