JodoHost down?

Hello,

I cannot get to the main jodohost site so I can get to the live support. Is the main site down for some reason?

I can ping it, but it will not load the home page.

same here. fortunately my sites are working, so this doens’t bother me.

I’m desparate to get live support. Does anyone have a direct link that might work.

I am with a customer and need them to finish fixing a problem with user rights on a database.

Ok… I copied and pasted the needed portion and now I can at least get it to come up.

Do you know why the site is up.

We are putting a link back on jodopulse such emergency times in the future, this was not expected, but it was only JH and WWG sites that were affected by the outage.
