As for staying in business, we are only expanding and not going anywhere.
We intended to bring in some visible improvements on all fronts (support included), however our deadlines weren’t met due to unseen issues taking priority. While it may not be apparent at this point, there are already major improvements being incorporated starting with move to this new platform and network. As soon as we are done with migration of servers, client issues will be addressed much quicker than now.
JodoHost is part of debt free group of companies. Group companies now own an office building in Waco, Tx. We have few people working out of our Waco office. This will help us improve our services even better.
JodoHost has grown significantly over the years. We will launch few more new services in next 2-3 months after Waco move is complete. This will help us grow even faster.
We thank our customer for believing in JodoHost. Word of mouth is key reason, which has helped JodoHost grow significantly over the years. This also helps us in containing our advertising cost.
JodoHost has not increased service fee for even once. On the other hand we are increasing resources for some of our services in Waco.
