FireFox 3 is pretty sweet. A lot better than Safari.
Yep I have been using the betas, liking it a lot.
I’ve got mine - it has gotten faster!
I got mine in 10 mins after they “finally” made 3.0 download URL available.
And yes, its working much better! Though it disabled 5 extensions.
I agree - I’ll be waiting for some of my extensions to be updated and usable once again. Fortunately, nothing is critical to my business needs.
The new address bar takes some getting used to, but with some minor tweaking it’s not so bad 
Memory usage hasn’t improved that much though. I usually leave my Firefox running for extended periods and it’s consuming 230 MB with just 2 tabs again now, pretty similar to Firefox 2. Fairly standard pages that are open etc.
A few minor layout issues have showed up according to colleagues of mine, so check your sites with Firefox 3.
memory usage is way down for me from normally 180-260MB with many tabs open over extended time 130MB max now
For me as well. Never went over 135M.
Memory & language support has always been weak point of FF.
However this time they did some smart things like
Bigger BACK button then forward one, BookMarks, better language support, quite logical & appreciated steps.
But I am concerned about this..

Firefox 3 was included in a recent Ubuntu update. However, having used Opera almost exclusively for more than 10 years (I think the first version I purchased was in 1997), I’m too comfortable with that browser to think about switching :))
