I see there’s a post in the outages forum which implies a 10 minutes outage or problems on Win9.
But my stats software shows almost an hour with just like 20% of the traffic it had to be.
Also, my up alert sent me three messages about my site going down, not just once.

Prakash woke me a few times to find out what was going on, IIS pools were crashing. We got it resolved however 
Why most of the time systems fails during the night !? ?(
Either software or hardware … same thing.
