Is anyone else having issues with Firefox crashing when trying to use live chat?
nope, its fine for me
only issue i ever had, was clicking a link with only the LiveHelp open and the link opened in a new tab, inside the LiveHelp pop up - meaning i couldnt get back to the LiveHelp Session
