I guess live chat is non existent today. been there for over 30min???

My client has had nothing but problems with this mySQl server for months now, can we get it fixed once in for all???

3min to load a page is unacceptable and thats what it is currently doing..

IM sure the same person as always is hogging resource, why don’t you banned these guys that are doing this???

Live Chat is working, may be due to long queue your chat didn’t picked early. I think you have already sent ticket and concerned person already working. Without checking we cant say which user is this so you will get update from concerned person in ticket.
