Can you guys either put back the live chat that works or fix the one that you have. It’s very irratating waiting and waiting not know if the live chat works or not, and if you close the live chat or make a mistake you have to start over with your entrys.

remembers your entries? Sorry I am not sure what you are saying there, you mean typing box auto complete?
I guess that what it is, if you put first letter it gives you your old options instead of having to type the same info over and over.
