where is live chat support?
Hello,
We added a new firewall/gateway in the office and it is making some problem in handling the chats sometimes.
It is being resolved however, we have a ticket in with their engineering staff to find out how to trace why it is stopping the chat sessions from our operators(it works for a while, then it halts them) which means sometimes they can’t see if a new chat is coming in.
I have just updated the forums about this as this has happened to several people today unfortunately
