Live chat seems to have gone down. It went down in the middle of my chat with reseller support. Now sending email only.
There are some connectivity issues at office being sorted down. So really are support operations are paralysed while this is being sorted out. However should be resolved shortly
stephen and me are trying to cope with the ticket load in the meantime.
