Liveperson livechat is down again, and we are unable to help on livechat, a few livechats were disconnected and we are very sorry about the problems caused there. We did not disconnect on your, or “hang up” the 3rd party servers went down. I am off to speak to them again about their continued problems.

It is going up and down up and down. If you are in a chat and we it gets disconnected, please try again in 5 minutes, it may be up again, but I can not be sure of that at this time.
