According to AWStats and Webalyser, by sites have had no hits since 12 Aug 2005. But, the logfiles in the Logs directory of my account are showing hits right up to today.
Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch somewhere?

I’ve never had this problem with Webalizer, and from the information you’re giving us there is no way of really knowing what’s going on. Was it working before and just quit? I recommend you submit a support ticket.

Maheep reported nothing wrong, and lo and behold, it’s all working fine. Maybe I was looking at an old cached version of the report. 
ive been having problems with AwStats on my domains too
ive checked mine and its started working after about a month
and another stopped couple days ago, but its all working again
which server are you on? am on Win5

I noticed yesterday that AWStats wasn’t working on some of my other domains too.
ah, doesnt matter then, thought it might of been an issue with the server, but as we’re on different servers, it cant be
Actually, it could be that I don’t know enough about AWStats and how it works. The Logs directory is faithfully recording all the hits so the server must be OK. Time for more research I think.
PS Scotty - just looked at your A6 Hire website - very clean - creates a very good impression. Well done! Will you be automating the quote system - it would be nice if it could give a ball-park figure immediately, with perhaps the final figure by email when the sales staff have looked at it. If I ever need a van in your neck of the woods, I’ll know where to come!
I had that problem along with a few others on WIN6 earlier this month I think they were upgrading crap or somthing but it eventually turned back on
