Logging On Another Account

Is there a way to login to another account without having their username and password. I’m thinking for maintenance reasons or to help them with simple technical issues.

It would be nice similar to the administrator account that you just click an icon to login.

Yes, As a reseller you are Administrator of all accounts under you.

  1. Using your Admin account, search the account from Search → Generic.

  2. click on blue computer icon at the end of this account to login.
