Can someone review ticket: BCU-44513-132
I asked for DBO permissions on my admin user and instead I now can’t log into the database under that user.
Most of my websites run under a read only user (which I can still login with) but I cannot update any of them until I can use the Admin user.
First,
FTP answer was because many people use the asp.net EM, and it is password protected with the FTP username.
As for the DB, it looks like the techs did this all properly, I used EM and logged in from my laptop just now, checked the permissions, they are all good, a read user, and the admin with DBO.
Please post any errors you are getting when you try to login, as it all seems right server side.
I was able to login on the asp.net em this morning. (which I wasn’t able to last night)
I’m behind a firewall now and cannot check local EM. I’ll try tonight.
