I posted everything contained in the bounce. Now here is the source code for that bounced email. Honestly I don’t care if it’s a blacklist, or some other mechanism that is causing this problem. It has to be fixed. There has to be a solution.

Who or what is postini? I pay YOU for email service. Please excuse me but I’m getting very weary of the finger pointing. Once again, please what is JodoHost going to do to fix this problem?
As a provider we try to ensure our IP is not blacklisted and it is indeed not.
Please see the output below directly from this mailserver to one of postini’s mailserver:
Trying 64.18.5.10…
Connected to 64.18.5.10 (64.18.5.10).
Escape character is ‘^]’.

Here we aren’t denied connection. Now your recipient at “[email protected]” needs to ask postini, why the message from “[email protected]” was denied. Here we are not the ones blocking the message or blacklisted or the mail host for uniontel.net. Certainly there is something to be handled in postini’s interface for such cases. This is why i mentioned about “content based scan” in one of my previous posts in this thread. I’m not trying to point finger, but pointing towards a possible solution.
I have asked uniontel.net, pineridgeofwautoma.com, zillges.com, and all the others why the email is being blocked. They only know that email from my servers are being filtered out and they point to my email servers as the problem. You point to their email servers as the problem. Meanwhile, no one is doing anything to fix it. It’s very frustrating. Please, there has to be a solution to this problem.
We try to help as much as possible, so our customers don’t feel frustated.
Please look back and you will find we normally don’t ask you(a customer) to contact any provider. Why i said in this case, please see here: http://www.postini.com/newsletter/2004_January/
Section “How do I enable SSB?”
This is enabled in postini’s customer’s control panel that causes the “Error 571 Message refused” bounce.
Maybe you can try to send another mail to this domain uniontel.net from a different, lets see if it still bounces?
