I did, and it gives alerts for the stealth name servers…
My thoughts are that the name servers are either not properly set in the Control Panel on jodohost, or your registrar isnt properly resolving the IP addresses you’ve provided for your private name servers.
there are two steps:
set up nameservers >
in control panel E.Manager/Server Aliases
if your registrar provides the option to create nameservers ON the registrar (like a mask which resolves to the IP addresses on jodohost).
basically, your registrar should know nothing of m****here.biz, ONLY the ip addresses to it.
Then as you’ve already done is enter the name servers into the standard domain’s name server fields.
it took me about a week of making changes back and forth to get it right, but what you have in the end is your domain performing a loop right back to the jodohost name server IP addresses – you should never have to enter M****here.biz anywhere. BUT it all depends on whether or not your domain registrar supports this.

First of all, THANX for your help Well i have created nameservers in the E.Manager/Server Aliases and i have also assigned the IP address to the nameservers in my domain control panel (Directi) but still this is happening… i dont know what to do ?(

I am coming back to this topic after a long time and it is because i am really not satisfied with the steps taken (or not taken) by you guys to protect the identity of your resellers.
As i have mentioned in the past that mhere.biz is being used at a lot of places when it comes to setting up the reseller account. also it goes as mail server name in all email headers so this name is quite visible to all the end clients. Also if an email bounces off a customer account, it has mhere.biz as the bouncing server name.
Now if you do a whois check on m****here.biz then you’ll find that the jodo’s contact info is listed over there. It does not say jodohost but the phone number’s / fax number and office address is very clearly mentioned.
Now my question is WHY CAN’T YOU MAKE IT ANONYMOUS?? why are you not willing to do this for your resellers?? What stops you from doing this?? I am really surprised that you are not willing to listed to your resellers concerns? Making m****here.biz anon would not change anything for you but for resellers it would be a big positive factor.
I am not going to repeat this request ever again after this post and will just leave it to you guys. What remains to be seen is - what will you do regarding this??
