Rebuild was done when POP3 was turned on. I sent a test email to gmail and it arrived in 60 seconds.
There is however approximately a 25 minute incoming delay for email. This was because there is a mail backlog that is clearing out since POP3 was turned on. It should become normal within a few hours.
POP3 seems to be down again at the moment?
Edit: never mind, it was up again 2 minutes later..
It seems mail1 is down again??
I don’t think it was down 3 hours ago, but the queue is down to near nothing now 
Phones didn’t ring or live chat on this issue this afternoon or tonight. What a relief..
