I can’t access our webmail at mail4 and the ticket system is also timing out so I can’t submit a ticket on this issue. Can someone please take a look at this?

Mail4 was fixed a few hours after my original post. Your reply was 12 hours later so that is why it was up when you checked it. Thanks for looking though.
Please use livechat if other modes of support are inaccessible. Forums not being primary mode of support isnt a reliable medium for issues requiring immediate attention.
