Now I am getting complaints on mail5. Spam and errors now connection to server.
Are you guys looking into this, I see all alot of posts on this spam last few days, but no answers on this spam???
I use mail5 now, and have not seen any issue except about 20 minutes of mail delievery taking 5 minutes.
Spam, it is an issue every host is facing, spammers are jsut hammering the servers with literally millions of spam messages a day. My suggestion would be to encourage EVERYONE you know that users the internet to install a good Anti Virus solution

I’d note that 20 minutes of high mail queue was about 2-2.5 hours ago.
this will presumable help with AV only, not anti spam?
I don’t know, I just know spam has increased in the last few days something horrible.
Client said server is very slow and also causing errors. Live chat said they are working on it.
NO Anti VIRUS helps with ANTI SPAM, there are thousands of trojans running around that make peoples home PCs in spam sending robots for spam groups! It is getting near impossible to stop spam with all the IPs they come from these days.
At 2:22PM, Mail5 has a POP3/SMTP timeout for 5 minutes according to our monitoring system. Only Mail5 issue I can find in weeks of monitoring..
This was most definately a small blip. Mail5 has been having no issues. Are you sure your customer is on Mail5 or are you sure its a mail server issue?
jodohost.com is on mail5 now, and we are processing about 8000 emails/day without issues. I’m getting all my email normally.
