Mail-5 is having issues I believe? Getting complaints
Been on live chat for 20min, anyone there.
Damn’it. Live chat no one there and support system is not working??? Got 2 clients I can’t give answers to. 1 hour and I can’t respond to my clients with a answer.

Could you come on live chat? Chat system is working and we are getting many chats simultaneously. It could be a session hang due to browser.
I finally got a hold of someone on live chat. My support ticket never went through and is still not showing up in Ticket history.
Live chat told me the reason for delayed E-mails is because DSPAM was assigned on Mail-5.
Can you guys try post in the forum when stuff like this is being done. It will cause less headaces for you and your clients if we know what is going on and we don’t have to bug you and have the answers when our clients complain.
Dunno if it’s like that with you, but my tickets never show in the ticket history. There should be an e-mail confirmation though.
I always get E-mail confirmations. For some reason, the support system and mail5 were both delayed for about 4 hours.
Finally at around 1200am everything started to flow in and my ticket was answered.
Mail 5 was delayed becasue of DSPAM, maybe the Cerberus is also on mail5.

Cerberus is email based helpdesk and your contact email has changed. It doesnt seems to be getting fixed either for you. We plan to upgrade soon to the latest version and this is when i can have cerberus support team to help us on the issue.
Yes, there was indeed an issue and correction took longer due to complexity of the setup causing slight confusion on the exact cause. Mails were not exactly delayed in receiving, but were queued at this anti-gateway. Once the problem was corrected they were delivered fine to mail5 and thus to user mailboxes.

there is a small delay. We are working to speed up mail delivery.
We are ironing out some issues with mail delivery and dspam.
The max you can expect is some mail delay. Nothing is getting lost
I got a hold of live chat. DSPAM again on mail-5 has blocked some domains.
It is coming back to normal but still may take 10-15 mins from now to completely vanish mail delay.

mail5 is fine now, i dont see any delay on it .
