My service domain is skypanther.info. If I go to http://mail.skypanther.info and click on one of the web mail clients, I get forwarded to 204.14.107.1. But I can’t log in.
I have another domain at skypanther.com. If I go to http://mail.skypanther.com and click a web mail client, I get forwarded to http://204.14.107.174. From there, I can log in.
This is confusing to me and my hosting clients. I don’t see a way in my reseller panel to remove the alias for mail.skypanther.info or change it to point to the .174 address.
Is there a way to do this?
