Mail blacklisted again

Guys,

I just got an email returned with the following error. I’m not sure if this is from some master email list or just this one specific server, but wanted to let you know so you can take the action you need to. I have always sent email to this email before without a problem, this error just happened today. We are on mail4. Thanks.

Webmail IP is not blacklisted on major RBLs. can you get me admin contact for this mailserver?

We are already unlisted as per them.

I just got another email to this address blocked so apparently you are not unlisted.

We’ll contact them again. I’d like to reiterate that we aren’t listed by any major RBL or network. These people seem to be a small network using their own RBL or listing system

Also, this listing only affects our webmail. if you use outlook or a mail client to send email, you won’t have this issue while we work on it
