There is no delay issue right now with any of mail servers. Please send us the headers of the delayed mail in a ticket.
thanks, sent
i would of course send in a ticket - but they keep bouncing back… (see other thread in this forum)
but [COLOR=“DarkRed”]24 hours after posting this thread, there seem to be MAJOR issues with my email - as of the last few hours- i have not been receiving mail that i have sent myself, OR that others are sending me.
all i can say is that i hope that they will eventually come through.
[COLOR=“darkred”]PLEASE get this sorted out over the weekend, of not before.
and respond accordingly to ticket[COLOR=“darkred”] [RS #AKU-67314-245]
and also with regards to the issues mentioned in the [COLOR=“DarkRed”]http://support.jodohost.com/customer-only-discussion/9432-what-heck-going.html thread.
thanks
We are not seeing any queue build up or any reason why mail should be delayed for you. Have you tried sending a test email to yourself, is it coming in?
Are you using DSPAM via custom settings, if so, we’ll disable it for you
In the headers there in the ticket posted at “Thu, 01 Feb 2007 08:57:57 -0500”, i dont see any delay. From your email client can you tell me the sent time and received time.
Please let me know if you are still seeing them.
okay, here is a sample -
the SAME mail sent by customer to 2 of my emails simultaniously (ie as 2 recipients to same mail) - my jodo email, and my local ISP email.
→ mail received via local ISP on Friday 07:18 (GMT+2)
→ mail received via jodo email on Staurday 23:42 (GMt+2)
now what can you say about that?
I was asking for time as it is displayed in Outlook( or Thunderbird or whatever your email client is). Anyways, can you please provide me headers of this particular email you have referenced here.
last time i tried to send the info it bounced back with a loopback error
Can you let me know when you saw this error?
I’ve not seen any loopback bounce since i corrected the issue.
For now, you can PM me the headers.
