Mail Not being received from DirectI..

I have put a transfer in for a client and had the transfer request approval go to my Email on mail3, I resent 4 times and never received it or did it come in as SPAM.

Its DSAPM again, Im getting no emails everything coming as SPAM and being bounce back.

DirectI email has been dirty for a while, I remember they used to have plenty of issues with spamcop and postini blocking their mail.

I suggest you white list. We’ll see what we can do from the training front

Yash, just FYI we get over 30+ mails a day from directi through dspam, we have trained it for their mails, it is very odd WebD’s mail is marked as spam at all

it never even made it through as SPAM, it got blocked. I turned off DSPAM and resent the domain transfer autoazation and I then got the email.

How did you turn off DSPAM?

Is this posted somewhere? How to enable/disable DSPAM?

I thought it was posted somewhere, maybe buried in a larger topic(there were a few), but move the MX record back to mailX main IP and dspam is off, it is a manual process, but I tell you after 5 weeks on dspam, I am loving it!
