A client is getting “Connection dropped by IMAP server” when logging into Squirrelmail.
When I sent a ticket to support, that bounced back “unable to deliver; giving up”.
Can’t seem to get any response from Live Chat
there could be a specific issue with relation to the imap error, nothing serverwide it would need to be checked.
can you provide details of the bounce? There is always helpline /AT/ jodohost.com if you want to mail headers/full bounce there.
live chat is working, couple chats are going now, any specific error or problem you see there?
Just forwarded the bounce message to helpline.
I am waiting to hear back form the client to get her pwd so I can check if it works in Horde or other clients.
