Why there is no messages in the support forums when there is a problem - for example today my clients can not receive mail on mail8. It will be good for us resellers to know what is going on.
I have the same problem and have raised a support ticket.
mail8 is return this for the smtp DATA command.

Really sorry for this. The issue has been posted now (the tech handling it got flooded with phone calls and chats).
Today is the 3rd day we have problems with mail8 , i am sure the support will solve it - but i hope it will be final solution not just temporarily because my clients think that this will happen often in the future and want to change the host.
We do understand and apologize for the issue.
We are still to call the problem as resolved. While we now know what triggers it, we are still trying to find why it happens.
It seems to be something since the upgrade that is causing this IMO as it was running flawlessly for months before. I’d discussed with Tanmaya being the kernel so he went back to the previous but it does seem now to be the hsphere update itself.
We mostly changed the RAM as a precaution.
