Mail return error when sending to JodoHost Reseller Support

Hi,
I try to send mail to JodoHost Reseller Support and got error massage:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at srv.hspherehelp.info.
I’m afraid I wasn’t able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I’ve given up. Sorry it didn’t work out.

There is still an issue there, however you will no longer see this error.
